This sculptural ‘Cocotte’ (‘French hen’) was created by French designer Pierre Tachon and chocolate company Alain Ducasse. The outer layer is made from Peruvian 75 per cent dark chocolate, expertly crafted at Ducasses’s Manufacture de Chocolat in Paris. The bird – which also has a filling of crispy almond praline eggs – is available to take away or be enjoyed in the Lounge at the Bulgari Hotel London.
