The first in a string of new riverside establishments in Seville has created waves among locals, who are flocking to this glass box with oxidised steel awning. The dining room carries the distinct trademarks of designer Jaime Montaner 
Roselló, who has used floor-to-ceiling windows to give every table a serene view. Diners can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the Guadalquivir River before feasting on head chef Willy Moya’s monkfish ceviche or coconut sorbet floating in a shrimp and salmorejo sauce.
