Dani’s process is a lengthy one; she begins by creating life-size wax sculptures, adding layers until they possess their own undulating form. When cast in gold or titanium, the resulting pieces appear voluminous but are actually surprisingly light, as demonstrated by this Alaik cuff which cuts an icy silhouette.

The six pieces of Dani’s new collection are sculptural masterpieces, inspired by nature. These Parisa earrings capture the magic of the reef in exquisite custom colour green and blue rhodium.

A passion for fine art and an education at the GIA lay the foundations for an experimentation with metals and colours. The gemstones Dani chooses have a depth and a complex colour pattern; fire and water opals, Paraiba tourmalines, and pearls – as seen – are some of her favourites.

‘It’s important to me that my designs are striking, and speak for themselves. The collector will have something unique, and I am fortunate enough to be able to focus on each piece as I am creating it without any constraints.’ – Neha Dani

The Jolene earrings are spectacular bursts of colour; vivid custom-colour green rhodium is studded with black opals and tsavorites, with a result so detailed they almost appear to be gently rippling under the water. ‘All aspects of nature give me inspiration,’ Dani says. ‘My new series is based on the universe, which I feel strongly is a spiritual protector of us.’
