Delano — Miami, USA
The iconic Delano hotel in Miami’s South Beach has just had a makeover. Bungalows have been turned into sleek indoor/outdoor spaces and the technology has been upgraded to include smartphone keys and in-room iPad concierges. The hotel also has a new restaurant, named Bianca and designed by Sam Robin, who masterminded Versace’s American stores. The Italian-themed eatery focuses on local, organic ingredients in dishes like wood-grilled langoustines and homemade truffle pasta.
