Di Café Deli — Wroclaw, Poland
The ever-popular Dinette bistro in Wroclaw’s strident Sky Tower has been extended to include a deli and bakery. Once again designed by local practice, BUCK.STUDIO, the light-filled informal room is characterized by a large oval dining table, which takes centre stage. A handmade glass lighting installation hangs overhead, while a wooden mosaic sideboard functions as an open kitchen, optimising the cooking action and allowing the aroma of coffee and freshly baked pastries to drift invitingly into the dining room. With a range of breakfast options, snacks and dinettki (small snacks) also on the menu, there is no excuse not to linger- especially when the early morning sun is streaming invitingly through the expansive windows.
