Roca Moo and Roca Bar — Barcelona, Spain

Hotel Omm has become an established pillar on Barcelona's hotel scene. A decade after its opening, restaurant and hospitality firm Grupo Tragaluz has restored its youthful spirit by rejuvenating the hotel's former restaurant Moo. By inviting the three Roca brothers - Joan, Josep and Jordi - to oversee the gastronomy, while letting interior designer Sandra Tarruella have her way with the interiors, Omm now boasts not one but two new restaurants. The gourmet Roca Moo has taken the baton from Michelin star-appointed Moo, while Roca Bar opts for a more casual atmosphere with street food-inspired tapas and cocktails.
