Ralph Lauren S/S 2016

Mood board: Ralph Lauren colonised the garden terrace of his massive and beautiful Milanese palazzo with charming vignettes of polo players, martini sipping party boys, preppy young things and biker boys in slick leather.
Best in show: Nobody does eveningwear with as much Gatsby-esque flair as Ralph. This season's white double-breasted and shawl front jackets made perfect tuxedo-separates.
Finishing touches: The navy blue espadrille was anointed as the casual shoe of the season, the perfect foil for all of Ralph's perfectly cut preppy pants in shades of cherry, lemon and grass green.
