Inside, the interior comes courtesy of Barcelona-based Sandra Tarruella Studio (whose past projects include El Celler de Can Roca) and features bare wood tables and an understated colour palette. A striking wall-mounted wine rack displays the restaurant’s ambitious collection of fine wines, complementing executive chef Luis Baena’s menu of modern Spanish and Portuguese dishes. Alongside Iberian classics like octopus salad and bacalhau, expect playful takes on contemporary trends like a shrimp and cuttlefish hot dog with pimenton and shellfish butter.
