Yas Viceroy — Abu Dhabi, UAE

The already highly distinctive Yas Hotel in Abu Dhabi recently emerged from a Viceroy makeover that has upgraded the staff and transformed the lobby into a sleek meeting place. The rebranded Yas Viceroy Hotel commissioned design group Poltrona Frau Emirates to redesign the common spaces. They’ve also remodelled the two popular in-house restaurants, Angar and Noodle Bar and added a floor of executive club suites with tailored, neutral-toned furnishings, luxurious bath suites and special access to private lounges. The pool, under a halo of latticework, is a thing to behold.
