Mood board: It was Wonder Woman all the way this spring where Elie Saab bedazzled his power girls in swooping capes, shining stars and acres of brilliant gold sequins. Sexy and sassy too, hemlines were high on swinging crystal fringed mini skirts while décolletés plunged to deep into belly buttons for Saab's signature gowns.
Best in show: Saab knows his way around a heavily beaded glitter gown and he did not disappoint with his red carpet-ready lineup. The best were his technicolour appliqué and embroidered gowns, fit for an evening super hero.
Finishing touches: Saab's classic Le 31 bag came bedazzled with shooting stars, while models wore sequinned baseball caps and the highest stiletto sandals on record.
