ATLA

The more casual neighbourhood restaurant from Enrique Olvera – the chef best known for Pujol in Mexico City – and Daniela Soto-Innes, ATLA serves unfussy, light Mexican fare with healthy, vegetable-orientated dishes such as flax seed chilaquiles. Now offering an all-day takeout and delivery menu, ATLA fans can still get their quesadilla fix.

Atoboy

From husband-and-wife duo Junghyun ‘JP’ and Ellia Park, Atoboy elevates the Korean dining tradition of banchan with a menu of small plates from crab served with pomelo, pollock and citrus fern, to skate topped with gochugaru, mungbean and fermented blackbean – all served with a side of rice. Select three dishes as part of a prix fixe menu, or go the whole hog and order as many as you can.

Cosme

The grown up sister restaurant of ATLA, Cosme is a contemporary small-plate Mexican restaurant, currently at number 23 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list. Celebrating local and seasonal ingredients from the Hudson Valley and surrounding region, are perfectly executed dishes like the prawn tostadas with chipotle meco and avocado, or the blowfish with yellow mole and shiso, which can now be enjoyed at home. Juku

It might not be served ‘omakase-style’, but Juku’s excellent sushi is still available for delivery and takeout alongside the restaurant’s other favourites from the white miso black cod to the moorish Japanese fried chicken. Wash this down with some sake, available to purchase by the bottle.
