Glad wrap: artist-designed wrapping paper for the discerning receiver
Wrapping presents comes with holiday season territory, so we’re particularly thankful to the online shopping community Tictail for recruiting 13 independent graphic artists to create a limited edition collection of wrapping papers that makes the task a lot less painful.
Featuring artwork from designers such as Josh Cochran, Jon Han, Elise Peterson and Paulina Ho, to name a few, the colourful range of patterns on offer could easily apply to celebrations throughout the year.
The collection is part of Tictail Market, the online platform’s real-life marketplace, which will showcase a curated assortment of fashion, art and home products from its independent makers and brands. (The platform has over 2 million products from around 140 countries in its grasp.) Newly opened in New York, the market will concurrently pop up in Paris and Stockholm this month.
INFORMATION
Tictail Market is currently running in New York until 20 December. It will open in Paris from 10-20 December and in Stockholm from 14-21 December. Visit the website for more details
