Moncler Gamme Bleu S/S 2016

Scene setting: Two life-sized rowing boats with 16 seats each were placed inside the Moncler Gamme Bleu show space in Milan, setting a sporty tone for the crew theme that Thom Browne took on this season.
Mood board: Preppy seersucker striping took flight over nearly everything in this collection - but the results were wearable. From classic crinkle cotton pastel suiting to Bermuda shorts and cropped pants to puffer jackets trimmed in pink and white sequin stripes, graphic vertical lines were drawn everywhere.
Finishing touches: Like all good east coast boys, these young men wore striped edge, knee socks and leather deck shoes with every look. Cotton boat hats and duffle bags completed the preppy feel.
