Pablo Pita

Pablo Rebelo and Pedro Pita set up Pablo Pita in Porto in 2010. A desire to simplify is key to their approach: ‘It seems like a paradox, but it takes time to reduce until you design the “obvious”,’ says Rebelo. ‘We admire Swiss architectural culture,’ he adds, also citing the new Chilean style and the ‘certain ruthlessness’ of modern Belgian design. Built works include the towering Boavista House in Porto, while upcoming are two research huts in Madeira.
