Shuhei Goto Architects
Armed with a matching undergraduate and a master’s degree from the Kyoto Institute of Technology, Shuhei Goto founded his own practice in 2012, based in the Shizuoka Prefecture of Japan. Now with an array of different projects under his belt, the architect and his studio continue to create a range of multi disciplinary works across the country. Among completed examples, a playfully shaped House in Kosai looks like several separate properties upon first glance, but is in fact a single family home for a young couple and their children. Goto has also designed the uber-minimalist interior of a hair salon. For this scheme, the architect created a space where the mirrors virtually disappear and blend into the architecture.
