Brazilian architecture and design
For a few magical weeks in 2010, Wallpaper* shifted operational HQ to Brazil. We had a single aim: to produce as true a portrait as possible of the extraordinary country’s famous style and traditional flair at an extraordinary moment of transition. We saw, shot, talked, walked, taxied, ate, drank, and danced, all the while bringing you the finest Brazilian design and architecture the country has to offer. Ever since, we’ve been hooked. Here’s the latest news from this special place, from modern architects like Marcio Kogan, to cultural centres in Sao Paolo, to hot shot shops in Salvador and culinary counterpoints in Rio De Janiero.
