London Design Festival 2016 preview
As summer draws to a close, London braces itself for a rush of activity, biggest – and most exciting – of all: its annual creative showcase. This year's festivities stretch across the capital, from the London Design Festival hub at the V&A, to the newly baptised London Design Fair in the east, alongside veterans like Clerkenwell and Brompton, by way of new district Brixton, and a few other surprises along the way. (Not to mention the inaugural London Design Bienniale, which will take place simultaneously, too!) To make navigating London's design wonders infinitely more enjoyable we've put together an edit of the top 20 exhibitions, events and installations, just for you…

Hot on the heels of its successful Clerkenwell Design Week debut, design superstore Clerkenwell London returns with a bigger, better and ever more innovative edition of 'Design Undefined'. Questioning the way we think about design in practice, the names taking over dedicated exhibition spaces include Turner Prize winners Assemble and their Granby Workshop project, upcycler Yinka Ilori and queen of colour and pattern Camille Walala among others.
