London Design Festival 2014 preview
As London gears up for its annual creative showcase, the finishing touches are being added to exhibitions across the capital. While the V&A remains the London Design Festival hub, events, shows and installations will pepper the city, with new districts like Islington and Queens Park getting in on the action this year, alongside veterans like Clerkenwell and Brompton. With so much to see, navigating it all can be tough. Here, we bring you our edit of the top 20 exhibitions.

Contemporary Russian design takes centre stage at Gallery Elena Shchukina, with an exhibition of 14 designers’ work ranging from ceramics to fashion. Curated by Wallpaper* editor-at-large Suzanne Trocmé, the pieces offer an aesthetic and cultural view of the country and the impact its politics have had on their creators.
