Céline A/W 2016
Next season is still about the pant, however this time its long, lean, languid and cut into a fierce bell bottom at Céline

Mood board: The news coming from the world’s most copied fashion brand is that next season is still about the pant, this time though it’s long, lean, languid and cut into a fierce bell bottom. The sharp silhouette was finished off with crispy hard cottons on shirts with exaggerated collars and cuffs or on boxy sleeveless coats.
Best in Show: The coolest stuff in this low-key collection was the knits, including bulbous style sweaters that featured gathered like evening gowns, or elegant back drapes in nubby wool instead of formal organza.
Finishing Touches: The accessories are everything at chez Céline. Next season’s hot It-bags are all flat in shape, including cornflower blue leather bags that matched blue leather trench coats or simple cross body bags in cardinal red. Also new? Flat beach sandals for winter worn with elegant cocktail dresses, and a tiny kitten heeled version too.
