The Creative Review Photography Annual, in its fourth year, is out now and our own Art Director, Meirion Pritchard, was charged with judging one of the categories. He cast his expert eye over the personal/non-published category for non-commissioned work.

"I know it sounds like a cliche to say how difficult it was to choose some over others," says Pritchard, "but there were literally thousands of entries and judging personal work was somehow more challenging than I imagine commissioned work might have been. And I was on holiday at the time..."
