The latest addition to London’s fast-growing Greek restaurant scene, Opso carves its own niche by offering distinctive dishes based on a winning combination of delicious ingredients (sourced in Greece) and an unfussy, modern presentation. Chefs Georgianna Hiliadaki and Nikos Roussos - the duo behind Athens’ two-Michelin starred restaurant Funky Gourmet - have worked closely with Opso manager, Andreas Labridis to form a menu that promotes ’social eating’ inspired by the Mediterranean. A considered interior by Athens-based architects K-Studio completes the experience, featuring dark blue steel frame elements, oiled oak shelving, white tile walls, mosaic floor and terracotta crockery.
