Set inside Courchevel’s plush Cheval Blanc hotel, two-Michelin-star chef Yannick Alleno’s new restaurant sets a refined tone. Designer Sybille de Margerie devised a chic palette of bronze, chocolate and mountaintop-white and staged the space with designs by Christian Liaigre, Patricia Urquiola, Olivier Gagnère and Ettore Sottsass, with white leather seats by Poltrona Frau. Yannick fuses ‘proud tradition with provocative creativity’, serving only the best cuts of his uniquely sourced ingredients, adorned like edible art.
