Mood board: Continuing with the whole buy-now, see-now craze, Ralph Lauren’s woman for A/W 2016 is a southwest cowgirl. Strong, confident, and completely Old West, she embodies the brand’s American roots.
Finishing touches: Cowboy hats and thick, studded leather chokers accessorised the looks, which had all the elements of the southwest: cowboy shirts, bold belts, buffalo check, white ruffles and suede fringe. Fuschia feathers sprang from a fur coat, while tailored suits got a Navajo print.
Best in show: Easygoing, white palazzo pants provided a relaxed feel. Minimal, sequined, jewel-toned dresses made for sexy eveningwear options.
