’Flat Out’ by Harry Bowers

For the April Issue (W*121) Wallpaper* commissioned renowned artist, photographer and all round visionary, Harry Bowers, to produce and photograph a fashion shoot in his trademark flat-plan, painterly style. The results, 'Flat Out', were astounding - Bowers even insisted on making (yes, making) his own camera for the shoot.
See the April issue for the full feature, but here at Wallpaper.com we grabbed a few minutes with Bowers, post-shoot, to discuss the finer points of his photographic vision. All the images of Harry's work included in our gallery can also be found in Bowers's newly released, seminal tome - 'The Lost and Found Project'.
