Bayer & Strobel Architekten

Gunther Bayer and Peter Strobel started working together while still doing their degree at the University of Kaiserslautern. Soon after, they set up their office in southwest Germany and set out to develop their joint practice. Their focus is on 'the realisation of successful competition designs as well as residential buildings and the conversion of existing structures,’ they explain. Their site-specific approach matched by a passion to work with each client’s individual needs. ‘With each project, at first there’s the site and the context. To condense the complex conditions of architecture in a simple and contemporary way is our biggest aim’, they say.
