Philipp Plein A/W 2016

Scene setting: Three enormous 22 wheel trucks spouting fire from the tops of their cabs transported Philipp Plein's models in metal cages like prisoners into his show space. Once they were done with their runway romp in the dark, yet another 22 wheeler rolled in with just Chris Brown on board who then gave the audience a live concert.
Best in show: Plein's dark protective street gear came bedazzled this season with luxe decor. Full body leather jumpsuits slivered with silver snaking zips or were completely covered in patchwork bead embroideries.
Finishing touches: Sporty sneakers with claw-like contrasting soles were the shoe of choice, no matter how evening-ready the clothes.
