Mood board: The newly announced mother-daughter duo at Wooyoungmi are unusually placed as women who design only for men, a unique position that has injected a soft, unstructured sophistication into this season’s offering. This collection will be marked for voluminous coats in muted tones of felt wool, alpaca and sheepskin, their soft shoulder and swingy silhouette worn with tied neck scarves and fluid, snap-button trousers.
Best in show: A sweater and gilet with a deep slashed v-neck were panelled in deep chocolate and navy shaved sheepskin, elevating the collection with an explicit opulence.
Finishing touch: A trapezoid-shaped leather folio, inspired by bank deposit boxes, was a chic new proposition for the office – a handy strap secured at its one shorn-off corner.
