Making Waves
Minotti realises its hospitality vision through the ‘Waves Resort’ conceptual film project
Welcome to Minotti’s virtual reality resort, a plush and inspiring vision of hospitality created by the Italian design behemoth’s creative department, Minotti Studio.
Taking into consideration holiday essentials, sea, sun and sweeping vistas, ‘Waves Resort’ offers contemporary appeal, hidden within an island surrounded by tropical forestry that the brand suggest would exist nearby an Asian metropolis.
This conceptual project delves deep into architectural planning – ‘the resort is developed horizontally, following the slope of the land and running along the water line. Its structure respects the dictates of high-end hospitality, hosting a marina with yacht docks, a heliport, a golf course and immense green spaces full of tropical plants.’ Minotti has launched the initiative to compliment its 2019 furniture collection, showcasing products in a unique new light by transporting you to a space of enduring tranquillity.
In the film above, guests are led into the low-level retreat surrounded by glass windows for plenty of natural light and panoramic views of the sea, while inside spaces are doused in the brand’s smart and sophisticated furniture, fully equipped for poolside and indoor lounging, dining and more.
