From the colossal 5,000 sq m White Gallery in Rome and Salerno's Idea Natura supermarket specialising in organic produce, sourced from independent local farmers, to Milan's Serendeepity store that offers goods across the retail spectrum, Italy's retail scene is developing a love affair with concept stores.
