G-Star Raw’s Laundromat-inspired presentation has us spinning right round
During New York Fashion Week, Dutch denim brand G-Star Raw invited guests to a Laundromat-inspired showcase, where it debuted the latest Elwood X25 denim collection. The signature style, created just over 20 years ago, was the first pair of jeans to be made using the 3D method. G Star Raw co-owner and head of imagination Pharrell Williams presented an updated version of the silhouette, imagined in a range of prismatic prints, like Indian paisley, poison dart frogs and whale sharks, These styles were presented inside a row of whirring washing machines. Williams’ second colourful collection for the brand, these new styles will launch in store and online on 16 October. We can’t wait to take them for a spin.
