LIZ DILLER

DETOUR

As one of the founding partners of New York architectural studio Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R), Liz Diller (W*199) has helped reshape America’s urban landscape. The architect took the reins as Guest Editor in 2015 (W*199). In conversation with graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister, a fellow New Yorker, she reflected on the High Line effect, beauty in the grotesque and DS+R’s design for The Broad art museum in Los Angeles, before giving us an exclusive photographic tour

Art direction: Diller Scofidio + Renfro
Photography: Matthew Monteith
