Mood board: Yamamoto describes his clothes as 'under construction' - a theme we appreciate and love at Wallpaper*. The building was all about draping which Yamamoto articulated in an ancient Greek-meets-the streets of New York sort of way.
Best in show: The most spectacular pieces were the tent shaped dresses built on top of a metal frame, like a pop-up building that a woman could wear while waking down the street.
Finishing touches: The model’s feet were bound, Japanese-like, into platform leather thong-front sandals and worn with ankle socks.
