The Nobu Hotel Miami Beach is that rare thing, a hotel-within-a-hotel. Located in the Eden Roc Miami Beach, an architectural gem originally designed by Morris Lapidus in 1955, it has recently been the subject of a sparkling multimillion dollar renovation. The Nobu Hotel’s art collection is curated by philanthropist Peter Brant and its rooms are designed by David Rockwell. Its restaurant, meanwhile, is the place to go for sashimi and black cod miso. §
