It's easy to get lost in paradise. That sentiment echoed throughout this year's Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, nestled right on the shores of Lake Como, where a very privileged group of very special automobiles vied for best in show.
Over three days, hundreds of visitors were treated to not only a parade of competition models, but also special exhibitions celebrating the 110th anniversary of Rolls-Royce and Maserati's centenary. BMW Group, which sponsored the extravaganza, has made it a lovely habit of unveiling automotive concepts on these hallowed grounds: the Gran Lusso Coupé, BMW Zagato Coupe and the Concept 90 motorcycle. This year the focus was on, well, all things Mini.
