Can you smell that? It is the scent of freshly printed paper - the July 2015 issue of Wallpaper* (W*196) has arrived.
Inside you will find a bright array of living entertainment, refining as ever. To begin with, James Turrell lights up a Palladian pile in Norfolk (page 082), Gabriel Orozco squares the circle in London with his bright kimono cut-ups (page 050) and Philippe Parreno storms the Armory in New York with a mesmerising new show (page 062). Coincidentally, Parreno and graphic design duo M/M (Paris) teamed up to create our limited-edition cover - a 'graphypnotic' interpretation of Philippe Parreno's marquee.
In terms of architectural talents, we have a real treat in store: the Architects' Directory (page 080), where we round up the world's best young architects. 11 of our rising-star practices beautifully illustrated by Jean-Philippe Delhomme, with the full definitive directory available here. Jean Prouve's prefab shelter gains mod-con pods and a new lease on life (page 076) and San Francisco's $610m extension to SFMOMA prepares to open up the museum to a new generation of art lovers (page 068), too.
For those with a love of furniture and fittings, our annual design directory (page 099) is utterly unmissable. If decking out your home - real or otherwise - is your idea of heaven, then you will want to tap into our annual round-up of the coolest cantinas and the latest ablution solutions with our 56 pages of inspiring kitchens and bathrooms. (See the Kitchen & Bathroom Digest 2015.)
Providing more inspiration, our 'On The Road' shoot hits the highway in search for the perfect pit stops (page 195). We draw on the best of the pre-fall collections in fashion (page 207), all before finishing off with a finger-licking pasta concoction from Paola Pivi (page 218). The art of living in paper form. Enjoy the issue.
