When a rich lister decides he wants to build a club house for his personal golf course, the risk of it being a tacky gin palace runs high. But entrepreneur Michael Hill got it spectacularly right, commissioning architect Andrew Patterson to design a building that harmonises perfectly with one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Arrowtown region of the South Island, Aotearoa/New Zealand.
