Housed in the landmark Ferry Building, the acclaimed Boulettes Larder has received a makeover, with reworked interiors and new space for a sibling eatery, Bouli Bar. Owned by restaurateur Lori Regis and chef Amaryll Schwertner, the restaurant and bar share a central kitchen, serving up fresh fish and produce in the northern Californian style with influences from North Africa, Turkey, Greece and Japan. London- and San Francisco-based architects KallosTurin have devised clean, classic interiors of American white oak, offset with smokey bronze and black accents.
