The Judges' Awards: Best City

This year, competition for the Judges' Award for Best City was fierce as five distinctly different yet similarly cutting-edge cities went head to head for the accolade. It was a tough choice for our peerless panel of judges, but there can be only one, and the city of New York won by an excitingly close margin.

To be fair to all the nominated cities we asked the people who live work and play in them to make a case for their home town. Here are the results.
