2008: January Round Up

What a year it's been here on wallpaper.com. We've toiled mercilessly in order to deliver you with stories that both inform and entertain you. And as this year draws to a close and the festive season is upon us we thought it only appropriate to take stock of the year that has been with our round-up of your favourite stories from each month.

For many January may be a time of calm and detox, no such thing at Wallpaper* where the year kick-started into action with our Design Awards 2008. After this we jetted off to Sao Paulo to take a tour round the experimental House RR, which gave us just enough time to head back for the shows, which kicked off with Autumn/Winter 08 Menswear in Milan.

In true Wallpaper* style we went one step further than simply opening an envelope to reveal the winners. Instead, we teamed-up with digital animators, Mainframe, to produce animations for each winner of the Judges Awards. Refresh your memories and take a look at the shortlists as well as the winners for each award by clicking above.
