The Wallpaper* exhibition 'Cover Versions', opened last night with a party at the spectacular HQ of Ermenegildo Zegna in Tortona.
'Cover Versions' celebrates two years' worth of unique limited edition magazine covers: the exhibition showcases work by Wallpaper* favourites Jeff Koons, Thomas Demand, Hedi Slimane, Zaha Hadid, and Dieter Rams, plus the most recent cover by Italian artist Michelangelo Pistoletto.
Guests were invited to kick back on chairs surrounding one of Pistoletto's most important works: 'The Mediterranean Table - Love Difference', but not many did, perhaps for fear of being mistaken for a component of the installation.
Party goers, including designer Arik Levy and Anna Zegna, tucked into a feast of delicious Milanese canapes - including salamis, mozzarella and the Italian speciality lardo - which were washed down with more than a few rather moreish cocktails courtesy of Tanqueray.
All left with a stunning limited edition box set of the covers, individually numbered, before stumbling off into the night to the next bash.

Perfect Ten Martini
1 oz. Tanqueray No.TEN
0.25 oz. dry vermouth
1 twist of lime
In a shaker with ice, add Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Spritz with hint of dry vermouth. Garnish with a twist of lime.
Ten Fresh
1.25 oz. Tanqueray No.TEN
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 tsp sugar
1 slice lime
In a shaker with ice, add Tanqueray No.TEN, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and sugar. Shake well to blend syrup and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime slice.
Ten & Tonic
1 oz. Tanqueray No.TEN
3 oz tonic water
1 wedge lime
In a glass with ice, add Tanqueray No. TEN and tonic water. Garnish with lime wedge.
