Chloe
Chloe got a new lease on life under the skilled hands of new creative director, British born and trained Hannah McGibbon, who has been integral part of the Chloe team since Phoebe Philo held the reins.
McGibbon understands the brand's DNA and showed a fresh and superbly pretty collection that will stir desire. Her motif was the scallop edge, which ran down tulip shaped skirts across shoulders of organza blouses and trimming lapels of blazer like jackets.
She created mini waists wrapping voluminous trousers and cute rolled hem shorts in khaki and red leather with obi style ties. For party wear there were inky blue taffeta bustier-topped dresses and little shorts and curvy jackets. Her palette of terracotta bronze, ink blue and sand tones was sophisticated and fresh.
