Architecture overview: education

This autumn, Langley Academy’s 1150 students are embarking on their studies here, including Langley’s five core subjects. While science, museums, cricket and rowing are being taught in the labs, classrooms, playing fields and training facilities, the building’s actual construction informs the fifth subject. Sustainability comes alive in the wood cladding and Fosters’ clever energy-saving measures.
