Architecture overview: Poland
This museum was built in 1900 and added to in 1976. Now comes a funnel-like roof extension, courtesy of London-based Claudio Silvestrin. For the first time, art lovers will be able to access the top floor and marvel at a new gallery. Poznan should be ready for the unveiling in 2009.
