Best city
Everything you buy in Tokyo is perfectly packaged. Yet the architectural fabric of the city is wantonly neglected. The upside to this is that when nothing is permanent, developers take more chances. Besides, its at night that the landscape comes alive, when the sprawl of concrete morphs into an ocean of neon, while clubs and bars fall in and out of favour so swiftly that London and New York seem staid by comparison.
