Every year, around this time, Lalique produces a limited edition bottle of fragrance for men, and one for women. This year’s men’s offering has caught our eye. The crystal bottle, named ‘Louxor de Lalique’ is inspired by the Art Deco vase, Jaffa, designed by Rene Lalique in 1931. Each bottle has the palm leaf motif painstakingly hand-painted before the final firing. The flacon is reason enough to invest, but those partial to perfume will be interested to know that Lalique has chosen to fill this exquisite edition with its 10-year-old fragrance, Le Faune – a fine blend of bergamot and mandarin, lavender and juniper berries.
