With outposts in New York and Los Angeles, the Blind Barber barbershop has become a stateside favourite since it opened in 2010. It authentically embraces an approach to grooming inspired by the roaring twenties - a cocktail is served with every cut. It seemed only apt that their inaugural line of products would take a similar direction. Unveiled in April, the lightly boozy collection includes a shaving cream and moisturising aftershave both based around the juniper berry, a key ingredient in gin and an efficacious astringent, while the styling wax and hair pomade make the most out of the natural thickening agents contained in hops to control locks and regulate the scalp.

Formulated to stimulate the skin's vitality, the bars are made in small productions in Zanzibar with local organic ingredients and are free from all preservatives and perfume.
