'Play' by Comme de Garcons

We’re big fans of Filip Pagowski, principally for his playful attitude towards work. This is the man who once fashioned a full-body suit out of Fed Ex boxes, complete with deerstalker and codpiece. So when Comme des Garçons chose to work with the graphic artist on their latest fragrance, aptly titled ‘Play’, we were really quite excited.

And our excitement was justified. In typical Comme fashion, the design is pared down with only a Pagowski heart for decoration. A simple cardboard box and a similarly angular bottle inside give it a childish innocence not a million miles away from the studio’s original plan for the scent.
