One of our more intrepid adventures whilst in China was an attempt to stamp our namesake onto the most visible monument we could find. And from our Beijing outpost we didn’t have to look far. Armed with some of the world’s finest handmade chinoiserie wallpapers courtesy of Fromental, and with access granted to an untouched stretch of the Great Wall by Kempinski's Commune we set about ‘wallpapering the Great Wall’.
