Though just six years old, Industrial Facility has chalked up a wealth of accolades as well as three consecutive IF Gold Awards. The studio has been prolific in 2008, turning out a sleek two-tiered table (above) for Herman Miller and an intuitive travel clock for Idea. Its ‘Cantilever’ piano for Yamaha is more a piece of modern sculpture than a musical instrument.
