The second creation by sushi chef Katsuya Uechi and designer Philippe Starck is like being engulfed in a sensual Japanese fairy tale. Soft images of a Geisha's red kimono on the bar's illuminated ceiling contrast with suspended sushi knives encased in clear resin blocks. Sake-inspired cocktails are complemented by nibbles such as spicy albacore tuna.
